Returns

Our return policy is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 15 days are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a package is returned to Atlas Welder because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and redelivery costs.

Atlas Welder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the shipping carrier confirms were delivered to the address provided with the order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please retain the product and all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and contents may be required to process damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
